Mansfield Croquet Club

MANSFIELD CROQUET CLUB is happily a program of MACE and we play on Monday and Wednesday mornings on the Lord’s Ground.

Croquet is a game that is accessible to all age groups, but particularly favoured by those over 40.

Many of our players are elderly, in their 80+ and some have restricted mobility, but all say that playing croquet gives them something to look forward to . A “No teams, No tournaments, No trophies”, ensures a happy go lucky club ethos.

Visitors from other parts of Vic, UK and the USA have all remarked on the special friendly club atmosphere.

Fees are kept to a minimum and yet regular social food event are organised for our members.

We have our own equipment which provides four courts that can have up to 32 players at any one time, and we have been informed that the laughter can be heard for some distance. Fun and friendship while being active in the open air.
