All the tree debris is recycled into garden mulch. Some are donated to local communities while some are sold to the public. Five percent of the profit is donated to Mansfield Relay for Life team, The High Country Friends and Family Tree to help fund cancer research.

After calling, somebody will go to the property within seven days for ocular inspection.

You will be provided a written quote that answers:

  • risks involved
  • the best outcome for the tree, people and property
  • the permits (and who will be responsible for obtaining them), staff and equipment required
  • clear and full details of the scope of work
  • Public Liability Insurance of $20M
  • Reference to AS4373: Pruning of Amenity Trees (2007)
  • if GST is included

You will also be asked if you want to keep the debris or not.

Once given the go-signal, you will be given a one-day notice before the job is carried out.
